Hello! I’m Marta, a passionate Employment Law Consultant based in London. with over 10 years of experience representing both employees and employers in Employment Tribunal. I also offer support through the full lifecycle of any employment issue by offering services such as Consultations, Letters of Grievance, Ongoing Case Review and No Win/No Fee representation (Subject to individual Case Review).​​​

My Education

​​

Following my secondary education in Poland and the United States, my journey in UK law started in 2008 when I began reading for LLB Law at the University of Greenwich. I also volunteered at the local Citizens Advice Bureau until 2011. After my time at the University of Greenwich I then obtained the LPC degree at the University of Law in London in 2013, where Employment Law was one of my electives. This developed my deep interest in Employment Law, which has grown further into a fulfilling and rewarding career.

Work Experience & Professional Accreditation​​​​

I worked from 2014 to 2025 as a Litigation Executive, During this time I successfully led numerous cases against Amazon, Tesco, Asda, The Co-operative Group, Ocado, GXO and Ryanair.

I am currently working in collaboration with Solidum Solicitors as their Lead Employment Law Consultant and have also recently gained the Charted Institute Of Legal Executives (CILEX) MCILEX professional accreditation.

My Duties & Client Obligations​

​

I have complete charge and responsibility of the lifecycle of a claim from initial assessment to representation at Tribunal. I have dealt with both small and large employers, and I advise on all aspects of employment law, including but not limited to substantive unfair dismissal, constructive unfair dismissal, procedure, Equality Act 2010 claims of discrimination, harassment and victimisation, TUPE transfers, contracts of employment and redundancy.

I represent clients at the Employment Tribunal online as well as throughout the UK and visit Employment Tribunals all over the country, such as London, Southampton, Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, Liverpool and Edinburgh.

 

I am also regularly involved in settlement procedure and mediation - thanks to my negotiations, I have managed to obtain many significant compensations without hearings. When I’m not working on a case, you can find me reading or doing some sort of crafts.
